Your new role The primary role of the Outbound Customer Service Consultant is to drive membership growth and retention through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. This role is awork-from-home position. There is a requirement to travel to events and meetings approximately once a month in Sydney. Conducting outbound calls to secure new corporate memberships, targeting new members, and setting up meetings with them. Understanding their needs for professional development and suggesting the best programs for them. Driving the acquisition of new sponsorships to support key events through proactive phone outreach. Engaging with existing members to enhance their experience, provide guidance on included benefits, and promote additional learning opportunities. Coordinating regular check-ins with corporate partners to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships. Assisting with the delivery of webinars, masterclasses, programs, and events as required. Providing general support to senior leadership and team members across a range of operational tasks. What you'll need to succeed Experience in outbound sales or KPI driven work is essential Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and confident in proactive outreach Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management Energetic self-starter with a hands-on, results-driven approach Resilient team player with a strong sense of accountability and achievement Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and analytically minded, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
