About the Role As the Marketing Coordinator – Content & Design, you will play a pivotal role in developing, producing, and managing high-quality content and design assets that support our marketing objectives and enhance our brand presence. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and broader marketing team, you will ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms and campaigns. Design & Content Creation (Graphic design Content Creation) Broader Role Lead the design, production, and coordination of impactful marketing collateral and brand assets —including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital banners, and video content—ensuring every piece reflects CJD Equipment’s brand standards and values. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos to create visually compelling content that elevates our campaigns and brings our brand stories to life, delivering integrated projects on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies , and creative partners to ensure seamless execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives and consistent messaging across all platforms. Develop and manage a strategic content calendar, overseeing the timely delivery and publication of marketing materials such as editorials, customer testimonials, and advertising content. Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for a variety of marketing channels , upholding clarity, accuracy, and a unified brand voice. Provide creative input and support for campaign execution , contributing to storyboarding, concept development, and the overall creative direction of marketing initiatives. Maintain and update content management systems (CMS) and digital asset libraries, ensuring all assets are well-organised, accessible, and up to date. Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, competitor activity , and audience preferences to inform and enhance content and design strategies. Ensure all content and design outputs adhere to accessibility, copyright, and compliance standards , protecting the integrity and reputation of the CJD Equipment brand. Analyse content performance and engagement metrics, leveraging insights to continually refine and optimise content and design approaches. Support event marketing efforts by designing and producing event collateral , signage, and digital assets that drive engagement and leave a lasting impression. Assist with budget management and invoice processing for content and design projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. What You’ll Bring: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field At least 2 years’ experience in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design within a marketing or communications environment. Advanced graphic design and image editing skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva. A portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling marketing materials—from digital banners and social media graphics to brochures, flyers, and video assets. Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling, ensuring all imagery and designs are on-brand, engaging, and polished. Experience managing and editing images and graphics for use across digital and print platforms, optimising for quality, accessibility, and impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear, creative visual content. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and digital asset libraries, ensuring efficient organisation and accessibility of design assets. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
