Your next opportunity Based at our North Ryde office and reporting to the Pricing Administration Manager, the Administration Officer provides support to the Cement Sales team and manages administration workflows, supports customer interactions and maintains accurate records. This role extends to handling customer disputes, processing orders and maintaining the sales databases to enhance customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the sales team. This role requires interfacing between various stakeholders including sales, customers, suppliers, and internal teams including logistics, finance, inventory, credit and accounts payable to facilitate seamless operations. Your day will involve: Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts and supply orders Daily liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate order delivery, invoice payment and inventory management Verify and implement pricing, discount, rebate and payment arrangements in Oracle Track, update and maintain master data in systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, Weighbridge and Gtick) Reconciliation of invoices and transactions Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes Collaborate with collector and accounts payable to facilitate collections and invoice payments Assist in resolving customer disputes, order discrepancies and product returns Work with logistics team to monitor order fulfillment and monitor stock availability. What are we looking for? Demonstrated administration experience in a manufacturing, logistics and sales environment Any experience in B2B sales environments will be highly regarded Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, Outlook) and CRM software Team player with strong analytical skills.
