End to end case management. Monitor and track case progress, providing timely and accurate reporting. Liaising with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiating payment plans. Handle outbound customer interactions across multiple channels. To be considered for the role you will have: Experience in debt collection or credit control is highly desirable. Call centre background preferred with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outbound customer service experience is essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook).
