Respected Design and Construct business are landing in the New Financial Year with secured projects and are seeking to grow their Senior Delivery team. Currently they seek a Leader to oversee projects autonomously from Design and Delivery. This DC business are a National Leader and have decades of Workplace Commercial fit out experience. Melbourne is in expansion mode and seek autonomous delivery focused who will foster designs. This individual will be responsible for their own projects, leading design and delivery of projects $5-10M commercial workplace projects. Leading client relationships, creating designs, being hands on to assist team in delivery of technical documentation, liaising with in house Construction team, driving project to success within budget and timeframe. An amazing opportunity for an individual to land on projects, and for the right person, take on a leadership role to assist the Director as the Studio Leader in a 2IC role. With 10 Years post graduation of Interior Design, this individual will have solid creative design ideas, and sound technical skills to ensure project is delivered to time and budget. Design and Construct experience is ideal, however not essential. Revit skills will be expert level to be on the tools and drive technical documentation. Team management experience or the desire to drive a team in time is ideal. A portfolio of workplace, commercial projects of $3-5ml in the Melbourne market will be ideal. Excellent communications skills and a passion for delivering Workplace projects.
