Job description The Company Our client is a global leader in the appliance industry, known for innovation, quality, and a strong team culture. Due to internal growth, they are seeking a Consignment Administrator to support their inventory operations across customer and partner sites. The Role As the Consignment Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing inventory held at partner locations. Your key duties will include: Managing and maintaining external and consignment inventory across partner/customer locations Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, investigation, and reconciliation Supporting the development of reports on inventory value, accuracy, and productivity Maintaining master data in internal systems to support visibility and accuracy Liaising with internal teams including consumer, online, and DC teams to assist with inventory-related tasks Identifying and driving continuous improvements in inventory systems and processes Location: Macquarie Park – Parking available close to public transport Rate: $35–$40 per hour Super | Paid weekly Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (flexibility to work from home a couple of days) You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in inventory administration, consignment stock, or supply chain coordination High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach How to Apply Please send your resume to Carla by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
