This role is full time, Monday to Friday, and based onsite. It is to commence ASAP. Our client is happy to recruit this role on either a permanent or temp to perm basis depending on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Reception cover Meeting and greeting clients from all ages, backgrounds and with varying needs Handling email and telephone based enquiries, as well as face to face Managing appointments Processing medical claims Supporting medical professionals with client needs and providing basic advice Reporting as and when required REQUIREMENTS - Solid background in customer service and administration Ability to communicate with clients who have various needs and requirements Confidence with MS Office Suite as well as overall systems NDIS background Comfortable completing both a police check and working with children's check This role is available to start now, so please today if you wish to be considered.
