Customer Service & Sales Officer Temp to Perm Opportunity Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm - Onsite Only Starting ASAP! My client is an Australian owned and operated family business that delivers quality produce to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and canteens across Australia. This company is a market-leading food service provider for the Australian hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for: First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers Adhoc administration duties Inbound cold calling & client follow ups To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer service experience (within the food/manufacturing industry preferred) Prior experience within a sales driven role Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support Ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic Sales knowledge Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
