BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES — South Yarra, Stonnington Area

About the role: You will be responsible to sell to Tier 1 and 2 civil contractors, infrastructure developers, utility providers, and government projects (including road, rail, and renewable sectors). Responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strategic relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and driving specification wins and sales pipeline growth across Melbourne and Victoria. This is a mix of strategic sales, project targeting, and account growth. What they're looking for: 3-5 years in B2B sales, ideally in civil, infrastructure, construction, or engineering products Proven experience selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, local councils, or major infrastructure projects (e.g. level crossing removals, road upgrades, utilities, renewable energy) Familiarity with access covers, pits, grates, concrete products, or underground utilities is a strong advantage Track record of project-based sales - winning supply contracts through early engagement, spec wins, and influencing decision-makers Exposure to major project pipelines (e.g. Big Build, VicRoads, LXRP, renewable developers) is ideal What they're offering: Key Account Manager West Melbourne 6 Figure Salary Super Car $20K Bonus Fully maintained car Ongoing training and development opportunities About the company: Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of access covers, pits, grates, precast concrete products, and associated civil infrastructure components.
