The role is vital in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Maintain and management contract records and documentation Draft and monitor contract scope changes, variations, extensions and renewals Coordinate stakeholder communications via the shared Contracts mailbox Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with internal policies and standards Identify potential contractual risks and support development of mitigation strategies Maintain rate escalation, variation and correspondence registers Draft Contract summaries post execution and complete contract hand over document Support commercial performance through reporting and analysis Meeting minute taking, record and publish client and internal meeting minutes Required Skills and Experience You must be proactive, detail-orientated and ready to grow your career in contract administration. Ideally you will bring – Experience in contract administration or procurement in complex environments Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to meet tight deadlines with precision A methodical, organised approach to work Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or Commerce (preferred by not essential) About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
