TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the preparation and processing of fortnightly and off cycle pay. Assist with the processing of timesheets, salary variations (including allowances), salary packaging, leave applications, staff movements and update employee records. Review and process accounts payable for all wage related invoice payments (Overseas Directors) and third-party licence fee payments. Assist with financial reporting, including fortnightly payroll journals and month end reporting. Assist with the reconciliation of payroll accounts to general ledger Assist with administration of the expense management system and company credit card processes. Process staff reimbursements Answer payroll enquires and provide general administrative support as needed. (Desirable) Certification in Accounting or Business Administration or similar SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience as a Payroll administrator Some understanding of superannuation legislation Some understanding of taxes and payroll legislation in various AU states and/or NZ Previous experience with salary packaging Excellent time management, ability to meet specified deadlines and report regularly on progress Strong numerical skills Strong attention to detail WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offer work-life balance and career development.
