Reporting to our passionate Team Leader - Customer Service Centre, this role is responsible for: Assisting customers with enquiries via inbound and outbound calls Answering customer messages and ensure resolutions are achieved and followed up. Assisting customers with internet banking enquiries and troubleshooting any issues Monitoring and assessing customer online applications, including liaising with customers and branch staff, in terms of the end-to-end Digital account application process. Reporting Internet Banking related issues and customer complaints to Supervisor and Management Completing general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Centre Manager All about you We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations, delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic customer environment. Minimum 1-2 years general banking experience and understanding of product and processes. Able to work as part of a team to deliver great customer outcomes.
