Randstad Recruitment has partnered with a Tier 3 Builder completing projects across the SEQ region seeking a Senior HSEQ Advisor to join their existing team of Advisors. Specialising primarily in education, warehousing, and infrastructure with values ranging between $30M & $40M, our client delivers key projects supporting the SEQ region, and has a strong pipeline of work projected for the coming years. Duties: Play a crucial role in maintaining HSEQ standards across multiple projects by providing industry expert advice and adhering to WHS legislation Complete regular site auditing by carrying out walkthroughs, high risk task observations, and activity monitoring Maintain WHS legislative compliance by ensuring safe workplace practices and undertaking recording via safety management systems Provide guidance for WHS compliance to site teams and subcontractors and act in an educative manner Play a crucial role in Safety Leadership across the wider company Complete incident investigation if and when incidents occur and take appropriate action to ensure non-recurence Provide guidance and training to other HSE staff when required Certification & Experience: 5 Years HSEQ Experience in Construction Cert IV in WHS (Minimum) First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain Previous experience with direct involvement of on site safety management Comprehensive understanding of WHS Legislation General Construction Induction “White Card” Full Working Rights within Australia Trades Background (Advantageous) Incident Investigation Training (Advantageous) The Offer: Position Salary: $160K Super Strong pipeline of work secured for confidence in job security Opportunity for future career progression into HSEQ Management How to Apply: If this opportunity sounds like you, click “Apply Now” and forward an up-to-date resume and cover letter.
