We have a growing 21J Design Organisation Engineering workforce in Australia, looking to increase its capability both here and internationally. Our vision is to develop a team that participates at the global level, integrating into many operations within the Boeing Company. We have a close-knit team that works across our platforms at BDA with reach into our UK and US operations. In this role you will have the ability to work on a number of exciting programs and exposure to projects across the breadth of Boeing, which would initially include the following local platforms (E-7 Wedgetail, P-8A Poseidon, CH-47 Chinook, F-18 Super Hornet and the Ghost Bat), as well as providing support to our commercial aeroplane design and modification teams globally. This is a junior level role, whereby you will be paired up with local senior colleagues to closely guide you through your first two years of employment. The aim is to have you working on multiple platforms to develop a wider understanding of aerospace engineering. This role can be undertaken in Adelaide or Edinburgh, SA. About you To be successful in this role you will have a mix of the following: The desire to work within a team that addresses both technical and business challenges. An Engineering degree with demonstration of being interested in aviation. Knowledge/experience in systems engineering practices.
