One Full Time Contract Administrator Required We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our growing team at Punjab Logistics Pty Ltd in Gregory Hills, NSW to play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations. Key Responsibilities : Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clients Preparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior management Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Managing all aspects of contract administration, including procurement, variations, and claims. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Collecting and analyzing data associated with contracts undertaken, and reporting on contract progress and outcomes Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organizational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract Liaise with senior management to ensure goals are being met. Respond to enquiries, resolve problems and build relationships with clients An ideal candidate must be : Strong Organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proactive, highly motivated and flexible Excellent analytical and time management skills Experience Required : Relevant experience in similar field.
