About our Client Our client, a well-established and highly regarded CBD law firm now have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Accounts & Office Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis,3 days a week. About the role Reporting to and working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll enjoy autonomy and variety in your day as well as being part of a friendly, close knit team. Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; trust accounts and receipts assisting with payroll overflow accounts, including accounts payable and receivable proved support to the Practice Manager with HR related administration assist with office functions and events maintain office & kitchen supplies assist with filing and archiving liaise with external service providers, such as IT and building management Our client is seeking a pro-active team person with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. You will also have; at least 2 years' experience in accounts and office administration in a law firm/professional services environment top organisational skills proficient MS Office skills strong attention to detail Let's talk!
