Contract Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

CGC Recruitment are working with a leading high-end residential builder delivering projects across the Eastern Suburbs. They are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of their luxury residential projects. As Contract Administrator, you will be a vital link between the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth contractual processes and commercial compliance from pre-construction through to project completion. You will be responsible for administering building contracts, managing documentation, and supporting project teams with procurement and contract management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and administer construction contracts and subcontractor agreements Assist in tendering and procurement processes Review and track project budgets, variations, claims, and extensions of time Maintain up-to-date records of all project documentation and communications Liaise with site teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression Ensure compliance with contract terms, timelines, and deliverables Prepare regular commercial and project status reports for management Requirements: Previous experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role within high-end residential or commercial construction Excellent organisational and document management skills Confident communicator with strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in project management and document control software Please give Adam Turner a call on 0455896230 or email [email protected]
