This role will be the first point of contact for the company's employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. - Assisting visitors in navigating the office and provide the necessary information when required. - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. - Maintain office security through controlling access via the reception desk. - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, responding, sending and diverting emails. - Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. - Maintain a clean and organised front desk area. - Assist with any Ad-hoc projects with other team members when required. - Maintain office inventory and order supplies when required. Qualifications: - High school or equiverlant ; additional education or certificate in office administration is a plus. - Proven experience in a similar role in front desk administration or customer service. - Profficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
