We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive / Broker to take ownership of a high-value construction portfolio. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insurance solutions that address the unique risks of large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value construction clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Conduct in-depth risk assessments and develop tailored insurance strategies for complex construction risks. Engage with insurers, underwriters, and key stakeholders to negotiate competitive terms and secure optimal cover. Provide expert advice on policy structuring, claims management, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the construction sector. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding client service and portfolio performance. Requirements Demonstrated experience as an insurance broker or account executive, ideally within the construction or corporate risk market. Solid understanding of the construction insurance market, products, and associated risk factors. Proven ability to manage high-value clients and complex portfolios with professionalism and confidence. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
