IT Trainer is currently required for a 3 months contract with option to extend to design, develop and implement a training program for a mission critical ERP system. You will also be required to perform the following: Work closely with relevant Project teams and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop training solutions to meet specific needs and learning styles Coordinate and facilitate training across various formats (e-learning, virtual, blended). Lead Train the Trainer sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and make adjustments To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced IT Trainer who has successfully designed, developed and implemented training for mission critical IT (ERP/CRM) applications. You will also have experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise and Camtastia. Experience in leading train the trainer sessions and monitoring training outcomes is also a requirement. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must. Certificate iv workplace training is also a requirement.
