Hold a Cert IV in Business and Administration or equivalent Demonstrate experience managing high volume phone calls with a strong customer service focus Proven organisational and time management skills with capacity to be flexible and adaptive to changing workplace requirements Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service High level verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Current Working with Children Card Current satisfactory National Police Clearance NDIS Worker Screening Check Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence The Role The key responsibilities of this role include: Handling a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling of appointments Provide high level administrative support to the Early Childhood Approach team to ensure provision of a quality service Provide high level customer service via phone, face to face and email Ensure the documentation and information management meet the requirements for the funding body, government agencies, service providers and Wanslea Adhere to privacy requirements and NDIA’s Information and Technology usage requirements in line with program obligations Actively contribute to the achievement of the goals in Wanslea’s Strategic Plan and the overall objectives of the organisation Coordinate events including bookings, recording attendances, catering, preparation of materials and charges If you have a genuine passion for supporting children and their families, combined with excellent administration and organisational skills Apply Now Submit your current resume and a concise cover letter addressing the full selection criteria as provided in the Position Description. learn more about Wanslea visit: Applications close on 26 June 2025 Wanslea reserves the right to close applications at any time, therefore we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
