About the Role: Step into a vital Project Administrator role in Southern Sydney, where you’ll drive the success of business, project, and team outcomes. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll provide high-level administrative support, streamline daily office operations, and empower a talented engineering team. Success demands initiative, precision, and a proactive mindset to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver administrative support to achieve business, project, and team priorities, ensuring seamless operations. Maintain and enhance business frameworks, registers, systems, databases, and processes for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports, analyses, and documents (e.g., letters, reports, minutes) using corporate templates. Manage financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, reimbursements, and reconciliations for accurate records. Support document control, data management, stakeholder communications, and project scheduling. Oversee office systems, including stationery orders, call handling, email responses, and minute-taking. Coordinate diaries, appointments, meeting rooms, and both internal and external events. Provide secretarial and ad-hoc administrative support to the management team, adapting to diverse tasks. About You: Experience in an engineering or construction environment is desired Proven experience in a business or project support role, with strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to take initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and adapt to competing priorities. Proficiency in document management and maintaining accurate systems/databases to support decision-making. Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn technical and business skills.
