About the role Support Children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development Inspire children through play-based and interest-driven activities Communicate effectively with children, parents, caregivers and other staff members. Build meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators Encourage creativity and foster self-confidence in every child About you Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Current Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certification You’re dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children.
