About the Role: As the Showroom & Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients in our Geelong showroom, providing tailored advice and solutions that align with their vision. You’ll also get out and about across the region, engaging with the A&D community to introduce our premium flooring range, support specifications, and build strong industry relationships. Your day-to-day will include: * Managing showroom enquiries and walk-ins with a focus on premium service * Providing quotes, product recommendations, and design advice * Meeting with designers, architects, and builders to promote our range * Conducting on-site visits and client presentations * Supporting projects from consultation through to delivery * Collaborating with the internal sales and operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey We’re seeking someone with a strong customer focus and either experience in showroom management, interiors sales, or account management within the design or construction industry. You'll need to be comfortable balancing in-showroom responsibilities with business development out in the field.
