Customer Service Officer This role is working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks. About the role: Full Time - Monday to Friday Overseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the store and coordinating customer enquiries Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations Managing the creation of purchases orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite Creating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reports Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction General office administration About you: Experience in a similar administration role preferred, but not essential Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Highly efficient and organised professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment Professional presentation and a positive attitude What we offer: Be part of a highly recognized and growing National business Salary Sacrificing and discounts on fuel, computers, gyms, accommodation Training and career development opportunities - i.e. opportunities to upskill and multiskill About us: Wagners is an award-winning and diversified construction materials and services provider and innovator of construction materials and New Generation building materials.
