Account Manager – Recycled Construction Materials — The Hill, Newcastle Area

Manage territory with top-tier clients Autonomy, training & support Progress in market leading company Field-based, hands-on account role About the Role: This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a dual-site territory within a growing national business committed to transforming construction waste into high-quality, sustainable materials. Based in Newcastle and covering the Central Coast region, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales across two strategically important recycling sites. In this field-based, customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with a diverse client base, including demolition contractors, civil construction firms, and landscape suppliers to build trusted relationships, maintain service continuity, and expand market share. You’ll be empowered to identify and convert new business opportunities, proactively grow the customer base, and provide market intelligence to help shape commercial strategy. With a strong operational support team behind you, you’ll collaborate with logistics and production teams to balance material flow, promote innovative recycled product solutions, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded. About You: The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to account management, a natural ability to build rapport, and a genuine interest in sustainable construction practices. You understand that strong communication and follow-through are critical to retention and growth, and you enjoy being out in the field. While related industry knowledge is advantageous, it’s your commitment to customer relationships, drive for results, and ability to self-manage activity that will make you successful in this role.
