Be challenged and imagine with us As an Administrative Assistant within Pathways and Academic Learning (PALS), you will deliver high-quality, student-focused service and provide essential administrative support to both students and staff. In this role you will: Be the first point of contact for the PALS Centre, responding to enquiries from current and prospective students, in person, over the phone, and in writing. Assist students with processes such as adverse circumstances, course enrolment, and navigating University systems. Support academic staff with administration, assessments, and graduations throughout the student lifecycle Complete student admissions, enrolments and other administration tasks as directed. Represent the Centre at events including Open Days, Careers Markets, and Information Sessions as needed. This fixed term full time position is until the end of 2025, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land). How will you inspire us? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support people from a wide range of backgrounds. High level of computer literacy, including the ability to confidently use University systems and learn new technologies. What we offer The remuneration for this position is from $74,491 to $80,972 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
