Position Details: Start Date: Monday 14th July 2025 Location: South-eastern suburbs of Perth, with free onsite parking Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Shifts: Include days, evenings, nights and weekends (24/7 roster) Duration: 12 months with potential for extension Pay Rate: $35ph super Training: Paid, full-time training (Mon-Fri) for the first 2 weeks Work-from-home: Potential for remote work on late/night shifts (management discretion) Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customers calls Accurately triage and log customer calls Navigate multiple systems to record and escalate queries Communicate with internal and external teams Provide calm and clear guidance to customers during high-pressure situations Handle high call volumes during peak periods Follow strict safety, compliance and escalation procedures Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and actions taken Consistently deliver empathetic and solution-focused customer service What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of computer literacy and multitasking ability Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Team-focused and adaptable Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident National Police Clearance required (or willingness to obtain) If you are interested in these roles and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
