The Role Working closely with Partner Frank Bannon and other experienced senior practitioners, this is in an exciting opportunity for an emerging projects and infrastructure disputes lawyer to join our leading Major Projects & Construction team in Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work, this role will see you acting for large public sector and tier 1 contractor clients on complex, high-value projects claims and disputes. There will also be some advisory work in this role. The team have successfully acted on some of the largest, high profile infrastructure matters in Australia. The team operate on a nationally collaborative basis and you will have the opportunity to work across a multi-disciplinary practice. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-4 years post-admission experience as a lawyer, with a strong academic record Strong litigation and/or disputes experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm Experience working on major projects and infrastructure disputes and a desire to focus your career in this space will be highly advantageous Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail Dedication and commitment to ensuring the highest client service Ability to work both autonomously and within a team The Major Projects & Construction Team The Major Projects & Construction team is one of the largest dedicated projects practices in the Asia Pacific region, working on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region for public and private participants.
