The opportunity This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious senior back-end construction lawyer to join our Construction and Infrastructure team, reporting primarily to contentious partners Jonathan McTigue and Lisa Vo. Jonathan and Lisa are trusted advisors to resources companies, tier one contractors and both State and Commonwealth governments. Their practice involves litigation, arbitration and other forms of ADR, grappling with issues including variation and extension of time claims, breach of contract, insolvency issues, misleading or deceptive conduct claims and negligence. The role is an opportunity to work on top tier matters, collaborate with our prominent client base and assist in leading and developing our exceptional group of junior lawyers.
