Key duties and responsibilities Leading user experience design activities in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team in pre-discovery, discovery and design and delivery. Facilitating co-design workshops and interviews with system owners, business area, and end-users Creating user interface designs and interactive prototypes Developing wireframes and functional specifications Develop user personas. Create wireframes and prototypes. Managing and developing a productive working environment with the business and other stakeholders Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing by monitoring and keeping abreast of new testing technologies and systems, and providing recommendations for development, process and systems enhancements Desired Skills and Attributes You will have at least 5 years of UX/UI practice in a similar role Strong communication skills - should be able to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and through presentations.
