Develop innovative promotional offerings and home-building packages that appeal to prospective clients and reflect current market demands. Conduct market research to identify market segments, customer preferences, and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and business decisions. Manage and optimise website content, email newsletters, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging. Regularly document construction project progress through photos and videos to create engaging social media and website content. Design high-quality visual materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Support SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies to boost website traffic and online visibility. Track and report the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with leadership to develop advertising policies and marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Provide marketing cost estimates and budgeting input to ensure campaigns are financially sustainable and effective. Supervise and coordinate marketing-related activities to ensure timely and successful execution of promotions. Liaise with contractors, photographers, and digital media agencies when required. Qualifications and Experience: AQF bachelor’s degree or higher qualification 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications Applicants with qualifications will need to demonstrate 1 years of relevant experience Building Construction Supervisor (ANZSCO: - Building Associate) Full-time/Permanent $76,000 - $78,000 (salary will be commensurate to qualifications and experience) Duties and Responsibilities: Define project purpose and scope, contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews, conducting market research and business forecasting to optimize project efficiency and financial sustainability Oversee project administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner, while interpreting and enforcing plans, regulations, and codes of practice to maintain compliance and uphold industry standards Order materials and equipment while coordinating necessary permits to facilitate smooth project operations, ensuring resources align with specifications and regulatory guidelines Select and orient contractors to build a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by implementing established guidelines and procedures Assist Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors in planning and organizing construction phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and conducting preliminary sketches, working drawings, and specifications to guide project execution Assess safety protocols and financial goals to ensure adherence to budget constraints and regulatory guidelines, monitoring construction budgets, tracking expenditures, and maintaining financial accountability Manage subcontractors by identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified contractors to fulfil project needs, overseeing works programs, and coordinating schedules to optimize workflow and minimize delays Inspect work and materials for compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications, approving construction projects through inspections conducted at critical phases to ensure quality control Prevent fines and work interruptions by enforcing compliance with local codes, standards, and legal requirements, ensuring operations adhere to environmental, safety, and procedural regulations Evaluate building projects and implement continuous improvement strategies Qualifications and Experience: Relevant AQF Diploma A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may replace the requirement of having a qualification.
