About your new role: This is a busy, customer service role, however, patience and empathy will be key! You will be a key part of a small, supportive team focused on creating positive customer experiences. Your day-to-day will involve: • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, website, and email • Processing and invoicing orders accurately and efficiently • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service concerns • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) • Collaborating with sales and operations to ensure smooth service delivery • Acting as a trusted point of contact and delivering service that delights • You’ll be the go-to person who thrives on helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression. About you: You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering great service. You are proactive, organised, and happy juggling multiple tasks at once. Ideally, you will bring: • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or admin-based role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy • The ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems with a customer-first approach • A desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment • Above all, you’re a team player who’s ready to roll up your sleeves and be a positive part of a fast-paced business.
