About your new role: This is a busy, customer service role, however, patience and empathy will be key! You will be a key part of a small, supportive team focused on creating positive customer experiences. Your day-to-day will involve: • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, website, and email • Processing and invoicing orders accurately and efficiently • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service concerns • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) • Collaborating with sales and operations to ensure smooth service delivery • Acting as a trusted point of contact and delivering service that delights • You’ll be the go-to person who thrives on helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
