To deliver on our promise of providing world-leading aerospace products, we rely on roles such as the Warehouse Store Person to assist our manufacturing and production capabilities. This role requires an enthusiastic all-rounder who has outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to assist the team across our core operating hours 6.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. They are responsible for ensuring that all inventory is received, accounted for, stored, and picked appropriately while maintaining a clean, tidy and safe operating environment. To be successful in this role, the Warehouse Store Person will need to show initiative in all tasks to ensure the team and warehouse have sufficient support. Position Responsibilities Inventory Management including dispatch and receiving. Picking, packing and integration support and coordination. Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products, reporting any discrepancies or irregularities. Maintain the stores efficiently and ensure inventory is optimised to meet organisational targets. Supporting the management of all inbound and outbound freight requirements. Perform general administration duties as required to ensure daily performance targets are achieved. Support efficient operation of the warehouse by coordinating deliveries with carriers, adhering to schedules and deadlines. Support the coordination of periodic stock takes. Uphold facility cleanliness and standards. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehousing experience. Aerospace, Aviation or Manufacturing industry experience is very highly regarded. Proven organisation, communication and time management skills. Exceptionally high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. A valid Australian driver’s license (Class C or higher) and Forklift (LF) is essential.
