About the Client: Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment. About the Role As a Graphic Designer, you will develop and deliver high-quality, clear and accessible digital and print collateral that meets the needs of key stakeholders and aligns with Agency branding. In addition, your key duties are as follows: Manage a diverse range of design projects simultaneously, including monitoring and communicating progress effectively and identifying and managing risks by providing advice and recommendations Manage own capacity to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met. This includes but is not limited to key corporate publications such as the Annual Report and Corporate Plan. Work with the Assistant Director of Brand and Design to support Agency brand consistency and maintain brand integrity. Use data and insights to continually improve the function and guidance across the design team. Foster creative consistencies and innovative content creation across a range of touch points such as design, social media, engagement and online. Develop and maintain Microsoft templates aligning with agency brand guidelines. About You To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience a a Graphic Designer Highly developed skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance) Extensive experience including project management of complex corporate documents, preferably Annual Report experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
