Contract Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

Location: South Sydney Type: Contract (8 weeks) Start Date: Immediate Industry: Commercial Construction We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the close-out phase of a small commercial construction project. This is an 8-week contract role based in our South Sydney office. Key Responsibilities: Finalizing project close-out documentation Managing head contract administration Assessing and processing variations Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders Accurate cost tracking and reporting using Cheops Requirements: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction Proficiency with the Cheops project management system Strong understanding of head contract and variation management This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise to a well-run project nearing completion, with a supportive and professional team.
