As a Property Assistant , you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Lease Administration Manager and the wider Spotlight Property Group. Your responsibilities will primarily involve ensuring the accuracy of lease data, processing rental and ancillary charges, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency. What You'll Do Lease Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate lease data within our portfolio management system for both owned properties and external landlord tenancies. Financial Administration: Process monthly rent payments, outgoings, and other lease-related charges, ensuring all are reviewed and approved. Relationship Management: Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Property & Store Development, Asset Managers, Legal) and external landlords. Process Improvement: Contribute to understanding and improving lease administration processes and system efficiencies. Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist with ad hoc reporting and tenant account reconciliations. Correspondence: Manage tenant correspondence, letters, and statements. What You'll Bring Previous experience in retail property or a similar administrative role is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word. Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented and collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills. Why Join Us?
