About the position: As our Design & Project Coordinator you will be working alongside our Design & Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial support role across multiple showroom projects — from brand-new builds to strategic upgrades. This is a hands-on, dynamic position with exposure to all phases of the design and delivery process. You’ll work across concept development, stakeholder coordination, and on-site execution — helping ensure each showroom represents the Winning brand at its best. Assist in the coordination and execution of showroom fitouts and upgrades Manage schedules, budget tracking, defect reporting and installations Prepare design documentation, mood boards, and materials selections Maintain showroom floorplans and assist with styling and seasonal displays Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support project milestones Lead smaller-scale projects independently, from concept to completion Help uphold brand consistency, buildability and design innovation Qualifications: Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Experience in project coordination or junior project management Solid understanding of interior fitouts and construction drawings Skilled in Revit, ArchiCAD or similar CAD tools Great communicator with confidence presenting design ideas Super organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks Commercially aware with a sharp eye for high-end design Open to national travel with a valid driver's licence Ambitious and ready to take the next step in your design career Why Join Us?
