The Roles There is now an opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join this thriving business. on a permanent basis. The Group Legal Counsel is responsible for contributing to FMH’s strategy and vision through the provision of expert legal advice ensuring the ongoing protection of FMH’s interests. The Group Legal Counsel provides a full suite of legal services to FMH Group entities including but not limited to the following: contract preparation and negotiations, tendering, leases and licences, contract and workplace law, dispute resolution, commercial transactions including acquisitions, brand and intellectual property rights, and privacy matters.
