About the position: As our Design & Project Manager , you’ll play a key role in bringing our retail vision to life — from concept to completion. Working across multiple projects at once, you’ll partner with consultants, suppliers, and our in-house teams to deliver exceptional showroom environments that elevate our brand and delight our customers. Reporting to our Group Design Manager, you’ll own the project lifecycle — managing budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes while keeping design at the heart of everything we do. Lead up to 3 retail fit-out projects at a time Manage design consultants, contractors, and suppliers Manage design development, documentation, and on-site delivery Oversee budgets, financial modelling, and capital expenditure Facilitate key meetings and design workshops Review shop drawings and ensure buildability standards are met Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Merchandise and Executive teams Mentor a Design & Project Coordinator and support junior team members Conduct site inspections and drive project outcomes nationally Qualifications: Degree-qualified in Construction, Architecture or Interior Design Proven end-to-end project management experience — from concept to delivery Solid understanding of D&C delivery models and commercial design processes Confident reading technical drawings and spotting design issues early Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Budget-savvy and experienced in value engineering Sharp eye for detail, creative thinking, and a can-do mindset Ambitious and career-driven — with future leadership in mind Why Join Us?
