We're currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support operations at our PGH Bricks site in Bringelly . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a manufacturing or operational environment, has strong systems and admin capability, and enjoys being the go-to support for the site. Full-time or Part-time (School hours Monday – Friday) – Immediate start The Role Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our site running smoothly— managing key admin processes, handling purchasing and payroll tasks, supporting safety documentation, and ensuring everything from WHS records to reporting is up to scratch. You'll also: Manage WHS&E documentation and take minutes for safety meetings Generate reports and assist with month-end analysis Process invoices, clear workflows, and manage PO tracking Support site inventory management, PPE orders and stocktaking Assist with payroll/timecard input and general site admin support About You You're organised, detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running. You enjoy working in a team, know your way around Microsoft Office, and ideally have exposure to SAP or similar systems. We're looking for someone who has: Strong admin skills and accurate data entry Prior experience in a manufacturing, logistics, construction or trade-based environment Experience supporting WHS documentation (preferred) Confidence juggling competing priorities and a friendly, can-do attitude Great communication and phone manner Why Join Us?
