This is a casual position, based in our Belmont Office with flexibility of shifts to suit your lifestyle and needs! ✨What you'll be doing ✨ Answering calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism Promoting MSWA’s lottery products and encouraging donations Hitting sales targets and celebrating team wins Solving problems and making customers feel valued Keeping accurate records and staying sharp with ongoing training ✨About you ✨ You love engaging with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (experience in lottery ticket sales is a plus!). Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools. You’re motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help us raise funds for a meaningful cause.
