In this role, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience within the Construction Division , contributing to fire sprinkler and detection system projects across various sectors. Construction services span a wide range of developments, including infrastructure, tunnels, rail stations, commercial buildings, healthcare, defence, education, and more. The successful candidate will receive guidance from the expert team at Precision Fire Protection Services and benefit from a combination of on-the-job training and formal coursework. Key Duties Include (but are not limited to): Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems Interpret and work from technical drawings and design specifications Support senior technicians and project managers on active construction sites Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Attend training sessions and complete relevant coursework Assist in system maintenance and troubleshooting Contribute to project documentation and progress reporting Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Benefits Full-time contract with annual and personal leave entitlements Weekly pay for consistent earnings Access to personalised 1:1 mentoring Opportunity to receive up to $5,000 in government subsidies over the first two years, paid every six months About You You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
