Supervisor (Delivery Team)r Required for Government agency in Mackay, this role would suit a Construction Trade or Works officer person looking to get off the tools and work in a more technical advisory role. Duties include: Contract administration covering a range of preventative maintenance services Supervision of contractors and trade staff Technical knowledge and good understanding of building services Competent in the use of excel, word and outlook Participate in and facilitate WHS audits, undertake on-site WHS inspections including plant and equipment checks Good understanding of procurement and work order management processes Good understanding of technical specifications and service frequencies About you: Trade qualification (mandatory) Intermediate level of MS Excel skills including being able to create spreadsheets to monitor construction tenders Experience in tendering and costing for the construction industry Demonstrated ability to communicate well with customers and in-house staff both written and verbal At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
