Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Logistics in Kemps Creek. To support the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full, while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to all safety and operational procedures. Your typical day at DSV: Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners or picking slips. Operate forklifts (counterbalance and/or high reach) for stock movement, replenishment, and loading/unloading. Receive, check, and store inbound goods in accordance with SOPs. Complete regular stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Record all warehouse movements and transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS). Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct daily safety checks on equipment and work areas. Promptly report damaged stock, hazards, or incidents to supervisors. Comply with site safety rules, policies, and standard operating procedures at all times. About you: Current LF Forklift Licence essential; LO Licence (Order Picker) highly regarded. Experience in warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock handling. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Familiar with WMS systems and RF scanning; basic computer skills required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious with a strong team mindset. Why DSV?
