We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic administration assistant to work in our Distribution Centre Office supporting TVSN Home Shopping Network within the Warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for providing administration support for the Warehouse team. THE ROLE: Assisting with day-to-day administrative task within the Distribution Centre Ensure prompt processing of inbound and outbound orders Data entry and responding to emails Maintaining accurate records Be the first point of contact with our Merchandise and Contract Centre teams Assist, support and liaise with all departments and stakeholders when required Other ad-hoc task when required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous administration or customer service experience Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal Previous experience working in a Warehouse Administration role is desirable Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a flexible "can do attitude" Computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc) Great team player with a hunger for learning, growth and development!
