About Us : Downsizing with Care is a Canberra based business who help people declutter, downsize and move to a new home About You : Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience Position Summary : In this role you will be responsible for general administration duties, with analytical and creative components to the role. Key Requirements : 1-2 years experience in a similar role Accurate typing – 40wpm Strong computer skills and knowledge Strong communication skills - written and verbal Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to effectively prioritise Problem assessment and problem solving Information gathering and information monitoring High attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility and adaptability Strong customer service orientated Teamwork focus and approach Job Responsibility : Call people who have left a message and perform message taking duties General administration Incoming email and correspondence as requested Outgoing email and correspondence as requested Amenities supplies Data entry Accounts receivable (contact people whose invoices are overdue) Document and powerpoint creation when required for a particular internal or outreach initiative Marketing material creation (batched social media posts and other materials required for particular outreach initiatives) Other ad-hoc activities as directed by the reporting manager Job Functions : Contact admin Job Benefits : Flexible hours (approx 10-20 per week), ability to work at home for some of the time Selling Point : Work for a small people-centred business Contact : Melissa Freasier
