About the opportunity We're looking for a friendly, proactive professional to be the face of RFBI a key member of the Marketing team. You will manage phone, email and website enquiries, greet visitors and support our Village and Care at Home teams. You’ll also assist with CRM management, administrative tasks, event coordination and provide insights to improve customer engagement and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service to all inbound enquiries Champion and maintain the CRM system Coordinate and follow up on customer enquiries promptly Create a positive and professional first impression of RFBI Organise office events, meetings and support event coordination Assist with daily administrative duties including mail and deliveries Contribute to reporting and insights by providing feedback on CRM usage and customer engagement Support the planning and execution of RFBI events and conferences About you RFBI values service; inclusiveness; integrity and respect whilst spreading happiness. You will bring: Experience handling inbound calls and delivering excellent customer service Strong communication, interpersonal skills High attention to detail with strong organisational and data entry abilities Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join RFBI?
