Location: Lidcombe NSW Salary: $100K–$130K base bonus & commission (OTE $115K–$145K) Working Model: Onsite Direct experience in Audio Visual or Display solutions experience required! Our client, an established and fast-growing AV integration and digital display company delivering tailored solutions to the hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors. With a consistent pipeline of inbound enquiries and repeat clients, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager from within the AV industry to take ownership of our quoting and sales process. About You Direct experience in the AV industry either in sales, account management or a solutions focused role A track record of selling or quoting AV systems, displays, or integration packages Strong commercial awareness - including quoting, cost control, and margin protection Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities without sacrificing accuracy or pace Confidence working both independently and collaboratively Key Responsibilities Lead the quoting and proposal process across AV and display projects Convert inbound and referred opportunities into confirmed jobs Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and venue managers Work closely with the estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery Identify margin improvements and cross-sell opportunities within client networks What’s in it for you? $100K–$130K base salary Performance-based bonuses and commission An experienced team behind you, including estimating and BDM support A growing business with strong project momentum and career upside If you're an AV industry professional looking to step into a senior, accountable sales role, we’d love to hear from you!
