The Role: Are you a seasoned Retail Lease Administrator looking for a new challenge in the travel retail industry? This role is based in our Sydney office , conveniently located near Town Hall station, and offers a flexible 4-day workweek schedule. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lease administration processes. What You’ll Do: ✅ Manage and administer retail leases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lease management processes. ✅ Maintain accurate lease records and facilitate timely rent payments. ✅ Conduct lease audits and reconciliations, ensuring data integrity. ✅ Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar Lease Administration or Real Estate role. ️ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and lease management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
